The app captures a worker's heart rate using native wearable sensors and syncs it instantly to a supervisor's phone. If a worker's heart rate exceeds a safe limit (130+ BPM), the supervisor receives a visual alert and can remotely trigger a "Break Request". This notification launches an automated countdown timer on the worker's watch, ensuring they take a mandatory recovery period before returning to work.
